Open to ages 5 and up, our Tumble Academy offers high-quality tumbling instruction in a focused, supportive environment. Whether you're just starting out or working on advanced flips and twists, our structured classes are grouped by ability level to ensure every athlete gets the right challenge and coaching input.

Level 1
Focus on foundational skills like forward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs and walkovers.
Requirements: none
Level 2/3
Progresses into back handsprings, back tucks and free-flipping skills.
Requirements: Confident round off and walkovers
Level 4
Working layouts, twisting skills and advanced combination passes.
Requirements: Confident round off BHS back tuck.

Each 75-minute session is packed with drills, conditioning, and technical development, taught by approachable coaches who emphasise safety, correct technique, and consistent progression.
​
Tumble Academy sits within the Unity Allstars Leeds family but runs as its own coaching stream. Many of our competitive UAL athletes train here – but anyone can join and thrive.
​
Athletes are awarded certificates as they master new skills, helping track progress and celebrate success.
CURRENT timetable

Sundays £30 per month (non UAL members)
2pm - 3.13pm - Level 1
3.15pm - 4.30pm - Level 2/3
4.30pm - 5.45pm - Level 4+
How to book
Follow the link above to fill out a Coacha registration. Select the appropriate tumble class. Once completed you will receive a confirmation from us and you will be added to the class register.
Please make sure to book into the appropriate class. If you are unsure which class to book into please just drop us an email. Please note athletes will be moved if we do not feel they are ready for that level.
A pro rate payment for the remainder of the month will be charged and then monthly payments will start of the 1st of each month.
